CDPH Portal Login
The CDPH portal allows online access to manage licensing, certification, permitting, registration, and other online services.
Please note, if you had an account on our previous online licensing, certification, and registration system do not create a new account. Please sign in with the email address associated with your previous account. If you do not remember what email you used, click on Contact Us for assistance.
Create a new account:
Do not Sign Up if you have ever had a CDPH licensing, certification, and registration account. New users of the CDPH licensing, certification, and registration system should follow the steps below or click for detailed sign up instructions
To register a new account:- Click on the "Sign Up" button
- Enter your name, email address, Captcha and click Submit
- Click Send code to send a one time code to your email
- Enter the code that was sent to your email
- On the permissions requested by screen, click Accept
- On the let’s keep your account secure screen, click Next
- Microsoft Authenticator, click on "I want to set up a different method" and select Phone – to receive a code or call. If you want to use the Microsoft Authenticator app instead of your phone, click Next
- If you elected to use the Microsoft Authenticator app, follow the instructions in the Authenticator app
- Otherwise, enter the phone number and click Next
- Enter 6-digit code and click Next
- Verification is now complete, click Next and then click Done
- On the pick an account screen, select your account to log in
Sign Up
Do not Sign Up for more than one user account. If you are having issues accessing your account, please use Contact Us for assistance.
